Cotton Holdings, Inc. Announces Appointment of New COO

Katy, Texas - February 2, 2016 - Cotton Holdings, Inc. announced today that Randall Thompson, a Vice President of Cotton, has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer (COO) for the company. Thompson previously led Cotton's Disaster Recovery Division and will continue to report to Pete Bell, Cotton's CEO.

Concurrently with Thompson's appointment, Daryn Ebrecht, former COO and Co-founder has retired after a distinguished 20 year career with Cotton. Ebrecht will stay on as a Cotton Holding's board member and as an adviser on key strategic initiatives.

"Randall is an experienced and trusted leader who consistently delivers results. He is uniquely qualified to drive strategic prioritization and accountability within Cotton," said Pete Bell, CEO. Bell went on to say, "I have tremendous confidence in Randall's ability to align all of Cotton's divisions with industry leading operational practices and to pave the way for the organization's success in the next generation of the market."

Effective immediately, Thompson will assume responsibility for operations of all of Cotton's divisions: Disaster Recovery, Construction, Roofing, Logistics, Culinary and Catastrophe. Thompson will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring strategic goals are met, executing on service delivery to Cotton's clients and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

"The Board unanimously agrees that Randall's demonstrated leadership, coupled with his ability to deliver results, makes him the right person to help execute Cotton's strategic priorities and drive sustainable growth," commented Naveen Bhatia, Chairman of Cotton Holdings' Board. Bhatia continued, "Randall will complement CEO Pete Bell's and CFO Bryan Michalsky's respective skills and qualities making them a formidable team as they work to advance the Company's growth agenda."

Thompson joined the leadership team of Cotton in 2000 and has been integral to its growth and expansion throughout the United States and internationally. "I am excited and honored to take on this new role. I look forward to working closely with Pete and Bryan and the rest of our talented senior leadership team to deliver on our strategic vision with a focus on ensuring operational excellence and delivering best-in-class services to our clients," said Thompson.

Prior to joining the Cotton team, Thompson joined the military as an enlisted soldier and served with the United States Army 2nd Infantry and the 101st Airborne Divisions. Following his enlistment in the Army Infantry, Thompson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Sam Houston State University before going on to work in the insurance industry.
