Asbestos Abatement

In the event of a disaster or renovation project that involves structural demolition, Cotton Environmental is ready to support your business with asbestos abatement. It is commonly known now that asbestos is hazardous and can lead to serious illnesses, including cancer, which is why it’s critical that companies partner with a trusted environmental expert to have this dangerous material properly removed as soon as possible.

Since 1996, Cotton has helped businesses keep their people safe by providing professional environmental services, including asbestos abatement. Whether remodeling a building, replacing a pipeline, or rebuilding after a disaster, Cotton will complete the required services in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws, standards, and regulations. A Project Manager Report (PMR) will be delivered daily, outlining that day’s tasks and progression of the project. The PMR will also include at least six photos that detail the progress and meet the requirements for insurance claims.
