Wendy joined the Cotton Team in October of 2017 with over 13 years of management experience ranging from restaurants to offshore catering. With years in restaurant management, Mc Lemore has a strong background in training, implementing new POS systems, customer service, and inventory control.
While working offshore, McLemore was responsible for all operations onboard drill ships, in addition to fostering client relationships. Being in the offshore environment gave McLemore extensive experience in of Remote Site Catering and diversity. McLemore has worked in Israel on the Atwood Advantage for Noble Energy, DS11 in Spain for Ensco, and set up new vessels arriving in the Gulf of Mexico.
McLemore resides in Lafayette Louisiana with her wife and four children.
