Chef Kevin Bryant joined Cotton Culinary in 2017 with nearly 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. As Corporate Chef, he works with clients to design the perfect menu for their company’s gala, luncheon, or private event and ensures that both the meals and presentation exceed expectations. A Knoxville native, Chef Kevin is known for masterfully elevating southern-inspired dishes with a sophisticated twist.
In addition to corporate catering, Chef Kevin leads his team during emergency response events, in which Cotton Culinary serves frontline workers and communities following catastrophic disasters. His ability to stay organized under pressure allows his staff to operate efficiently and rapidly feed large crowds amid challenging environments.
When he’s not in the kitchen being creative or on the frontlines of a disaster, Chef Kevin enjoys fishing and roasting his own coffee.
