Cotton Culinary is Honored to Take Over Daily Meal Service at Distinguished Preparatory School
After weeks of critical planning, menu optimization and training, Cotton Culinary was excited to take over the daily food operations for the 2015 - 2016 school year at Allen Academy this August. Allen, founded in 1886, is the oldest accredited, non-sectarian preparatory school in Texas. Located in Bryan, Texas, the day school hosts just over 300 students ages 3 - 19 from the surrounding communities as well as Asia, South America, Europe and Africa through its selective boarding program.
Cotton Culinary is honored to be a part of the Allen Academy team and be selected as their partner and food services provider. Members of the culinary staff understand the important role they each play in the advancement of Allen's diverse student population and strive to be exemplary role models on and off campus. Further, the culinary staff takes great pride in providing the utmost level of quality, service and professionalism to ensure the students' nutritional and academic needs are met every day.
Cotton Culinary currently operates 10 stationary kitchens across Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana providing event catering, retail dining and turnkey lodging services totaling thousands of meals per day. In addition, the company owns over one dozen mobile kitchen units that are utilized nationwide for its remote site, emergency response and corporate catering divisions.
