Wes Bratcher joins Cotton Logistics with over twenty years of experience in operations, management, business development and administrative function of food services distribution.

After earning his Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette, Bratcher went on to own and manage three restaurants over the next decade where he earned Restaurateur of the Year and served as Vice President of the NE Chapter of the Louisiana Restaurant Association. He then served as District Manager for Eurest Support Services and was responsible for the oversight of 17 separate facilities and 340 employees in the Gulf of Mexico from Mobile, AL to Brownsville, TX totaling approximately $20mm in annual revenue. Most recently serving as General Manager of Aramark’s Remote Workplace Services Offshore Division, Bratcher managed all aspects of the divisions remote site catering that involved a staff of almost 300 individuals and was responsible for the overall P&L.

Various management roles have included budgeting and forecasting, recruiting, training, scheduling and dispatching of staff; client coordination; and safety. His experience in the remote workplace sector and food service industry align perfectly with Cotton Logistics’ business plan to diversify services through the development of internal, well site, disaster, special event, and offshore catering business.

Married for 24 years and the proud father of two young adults, Bratcher resides with his family in Lafayette, Louisiana.
