Lydia Friedman joins Cotton Culinary with over 10 years of experience in operations management of premier catering and support services to offshore and remote sites.
Before relocating from Lafayette, Louisiana and joining Cotton Culinary in December of 2014, Friedman held various management roles for a specialty division of Compass Group, ESS Support Services Worldwide, where she specialized in personnel, cost, and contract management. Most recently in her role as Key Account Manager, she was responsible for the management and oversight of 19 offshore facilities and over 1,200 employees in the Gulf of Mexico as well as start-up operations overseas, all while ensuring that each client’s scope of work and standards were met.
Friedman’s experience in the remote workplace sector and food service industry, as well as her commitment to client satisfaction, are parallel to Cotton Logistics’ core values; to efficiently and safely deliver high-quality service to multiple remote site food service operations as a part of understanding and meeting our customers’ needs.
Friedman resides in Cypress, Texas.
